Our Model

Our investment strategy includes the retention of current and former industry-leading executives who are available as Operating Consultants to assist our portfolio companies.  To align interests, these individuals typically invest in the companies they work with, either as a Limited Partner through our Fund or via a direct investment alongside the Fund.

While the specific demands of an individual portfolio company will vary, if our management teams choose to engage our Operating Consultants, they are available to assist with all facets of the business, including:

• Participating as an active board member
• Mentoring the executive team on key strategic decisions
• Customer and strategic partner introductions
• Assistance and counsel on sales and marketing
• Executive recruiting and other important corporate actions
