We leverage the success of our previous funds and investment professionals to offer our portfolio companies the talent, networks and resources necessary to sustain long-term growth.

Our approach to investing begins with the idea that we want to create partnerships with experienced entrepreneurs to build companies of long-term value.

Our value proposition to fast growing companies includes access to:

• A leading investor group, including 35 current or former industry CEOs;
• Blue chip industry contacts;
• Expertise in advising and mentoring management teams;
• Assistance with sales, executive recruiting and strategic planning.

We typically hold a minority position in our companies but remain active investors by applying our advisory and operating expertise when engaged by our management teams. Our typical investment size is between $1 and $5 million, with potential to invest $10 million or more in a single transaction through our partners and limited partner investor network.
