Hygia is an FDA-registered third-party reprocessor of medical devices formally considered “single-use only.” The first 3rd-party High-Level Disinfection (HLD) reprocessor, Hygia reduces a healthcare provider’s medical device spend and eliminates landfill waste across the country. The capital will be used to scale Hygia’s sales force, automate processes at its reprocessing facility and expand product research and development.
