Sandy Pitman

Sandy Pitman is a Venture Partner and has more than 25 years of experience as a healthcare and technology entrepreneur. Most recently, he served as President of ProctorU from 2019-2022, the world’s largest provider of online identity management and exam monitoring services.

From 2014-2018, Sandy served as the President of Hygia Health Services, an Eastside Partners II portfolio company. Under his direction, the company grew to >200 employees prior to its successful sale to Stryker Corporation in 2018.

Previously, Sandy was President and CEO of SuccessEHS, a provider of electronic health record (EHR) software solutions and medical billing services to physicians and dental practices. Under his leadership, the company grew to more than 400 employees before merging with Vitera Healthcare Solutions (Greenway) in 2013.

Prior to SuccessEHS, Sandy served as Corporate VP of Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC), where he led the company’s healthcare payor division and was responsible for 1,100 employees and $140 million in revenue.

Prior to CSC, he was a founder of MACESS, a healthcare IT company that was acquired by SunGard Data Systems.  Prior to MACESS, he held a number of positions with SEAKO, which offered claims-processing and medical management systems to the then emerging managed-care market.

He graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Commerce and Business Administration.
